ABOUT GINA R. SMITH

I am Gina R. Smith a Sr. Electrical and Systems Engineer Consultant. I was a teenage unwed mother with a learning disability who barely graduated from High School. Because I learn differently, school was always challenging for me. My remedial reading and math education provided some basic foundational knowledge and skills that would later benefit me in college. They are some of the key elements I used in solving complex problems and learning new concepts. This resulted in me building and sustaining a very successful personal and professional career.
It is my mission to help people who want, need, and ask for my help in designing, developing, managing and maintaining their product or system.
To help single mothers interested in earning a technical degree at Wake Technical Community College, I provide "The James W. Smith Memorial Scholarship" which pays a portion of her college tuition. This scholarship was named to honor my father, who is one of Heaven's angels.
